We have a privacy fenced locked yard near I-70 in Wheat Ridge with 24/7 access on industrial land. You can get in early and load the truck for the day without disturbing anybody. It is in a good area of town on the west side of Denver near Arvada, Golden, Lakewood and Wheat Ridge.
We aim to serve painters, HVAC, plumbers, landscapers, pressure washers, tree removal companies, roofers, parking lot sweepers, scaffolding rentals, etc. We provide you a low overhead place to work from and park your commercial trucks. It can function as an affordable option to a warehouse or storage yard if you don't need power and water.
We have different yards and can be flexible to accommodate your storage and parking needs.

20' one trip shipping container rental and 12'x20' parking for one vehicle or trailer
Standard Box Yard $530/month:
40' high cube one trip shipping container rental and 12'x40' parking for two vehicles or trailers
Large Box Yard $730/month:
40' high cube one trip shipping container rental and 20'x40' parking for four vehicles or trailers
40' High Cube Shipping Container Only (no parking included) $275/month
20' Shipping Container Only (no parking included) $200/month

OUTDOOR STORAGE YARD - SUMMARY RULES AND TERMS
1. All agreements are month to month and may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. The agreement renews monthly if notice is not given.
2. Only insured and operational vehicles and trailers can be stored outside a shipping container.
3. Only shipping containers owned by Box Yard can be stored in the yard space that is rented.
4. Shipping containers cannot be modified or permanently changed in any way (no paint, holes, etc.)
5. Licensee understand that this is an unsupervised yard without cameras and theft and vandalism are potential risks to having any property stored here.
6. There are no trash receptacles or utilities available.
7. Licensee understands that parking anywhere not designated as Licensee’s assigned space may result in the Licensee’s vehicle being booted, noticed with stickers and/or towed, all at Licensee’s expense.
8. Licensee understands this is shared space used by other businesses and agrees to work toward good community relations and lock gate on leaving every time
