Everything is in really fantastic shape. Only cosmetic damage/damage to anything is the hand strap on the camera recently broke.
However, the camera itself has 2 issues.
1: Either the belt for the tape deck needs to be replaced, or all the wheels that move the tape through the system need to be replaced. It eats tapes
2: Either a capacitor for the sensor has gone bad, or a capacitor for the viewfinder has gone bad. As looking through the viewfinder you'll see the screen lose vhold. I can't tell which because I can't get recorded footage off of it due to issue 1.
One battery holds some charge it seems like, the other one holds for maybe 5 minutes, just long enough to test.
Would make for a great project as these are pretty awesome looking cameras and definitely rarer than the other handycams, especially with all the accessories including the double battery holder!
