Edit: I dropped her off at Humane Colorado - Leslie A. Malone Center on Sunday, 5/31/26. She is currently on a stray hold.
Found this little tabby kitten near 17th and Franklin last night around 1:30 am (5/30). Busy road and with her being so young I didn't want to just leave her.
Took her to the vet this morning. Female, 6-8 months, no microchip. Got her vacces for rabies and distemper just in case. They would not let me microchip her as I picked her up so recently.
If she belongs to you or you know who she belongs to, please let me know. I can't hang onto her for more than just a few days. If I don't hear anything in the next few days, I will try to rehome and honestly might have to take her to a shelter.
She is very sweet and friendly.
Let this be a reminder that if you are going to have an outdoor cat (not advisable in this area imo) microchipping is a must!
