This is not an easy post for us to make. My family and I have had Jax since he was born — he’s been part of our lives from day one. He’s a loyal, loving boy, but he does have fear-based aggression that requires patience and understanding.
Due to changes in our family dynamics, we have made the difficult decision to find him a new home. Jax is an intact male and does great with adults once he’s comfortable. He’s done well around kids in the past, but recently began showing some aggression toward my 11-year-old daughter, so we believe it’s best that he go to a home with no children where someone can dedicate one-on-one time to him.
He may look intimidating, but underneath that “scary look” is a true sweetheart once he trusts you. If you think Jax could be the right fit for you, we’ll likely need to do a few slow introductions to make sure it’s a good match for both sides.
Please — I will not rehome him to just anyone. Owning a bully breed like a Cane Corso comes with responsibility, structure, and respect for the breed’s temperament. Serious inquiries only.
Message me if you’re experienced with large guardian breeds and are interested in giving Jax the patient, stable home he deserves.
