I’m starting a custom millwork company and leasing a 2,000–3,000 square foot warehouse. I expect fairly low volume this year, and I’d like to share the shop floor space and equipment with another professional woodworker to reduce overhead. This would be ideal for a small cabinet shop that wants CNC and finishing without a large capex.

I could provide access to the following equipment with space for additional equipment if needed:

ShopSabre Pro510 CNC (with auto tool changer and vacuum hold down), SawStop cabinet saw, Martin shaper and feeder, wide-belt sander, track saw, miter saw w/ stop, spray booth & UV cure chamber, HVLP gun, central dust collection & compressed air.

I’m looking for someone that is fully insured with trained operators and who is respectful of shared schedules and housekeeping.
