Office Space and Rate Options:
Option 1: Half-Time Office Sublease
• Office Size: >130 sq feet.
• Rate: $350/month for half-time use of a furnished office space.
Option 2: Block-Time Office Sublease
• Office Size: Approx. 113 sq feet.
• Rate: $150/month for a dedicated 4-hour block, one day per week, in a fully furnished office.
Virtual Office Option:
• Interested in a professional address for psychiatry with DEA, or insurance paperwork, practice registration, and a Google listing, but operating virtually? Inquire about renting the physical office address for a small fee.
