The Ranch Office Commons has an office space available for lease, a spacious second floor office (up a staircase - no elevator), shares a restroom and waiting area with other tenants. Prefer a massage therapist as it is right next door to another massage therapist. Quiet and serene. Available with short notice.
One year minimum lease. Damage deposit equal to one month’s rent is due at lease signing. Rent is due on the first of the month for that month. Photos available on request.
All our leases are FULL SERVICE and include exterior signage, utilities, 5-day-a-week light janitorial service, and all routine maintenance.
