The Ranch Office Commons has an office space available for lease, a spacious second floor office (up a staircase - no elevator), lots of light, vaulted ceiling, shares a restroom and waiting area. Available with short notice.
One year minimum lease. Damage deposit equal to one month’s rent is due at lease signing. Rent is due on the first of the month for that month. Photos available on request.
All our leases are FULL SERVICE and include exterior signage, utilities, 5-day-a-week light janitorial service, and all routine maintenance.
We try to keep it simple:
