Globeville Riverfront Arts Center (GRACe) has over 75 studios on site, and is already home to painters, photographers, fiber artists, interior designers, illustrators, jewelry artists, and more. We are right off of the bike path & South Platte River, with easy access to I-70 and I-25.

This artist studio / creative office is 246 sq ft for $560 per month (this is a basement unit). Lease is month to month and rent includes 24/7 access, all utilities, and wifi, as well as the option to display your work in our gallery, a space for teaching workshops and promotion through our website & social media. WORK ONLY... sorry, no live-in. Not suitable for woodworking, metal-smithing/welding, glass, tattoo, or music/podcast rehearsal or recording (studios have open ceilings).

Please be aware, we ask for first & last month's rent as well as security deposit (equal to one month's rent) before moving in.

Art studio, creative office, photography, jewelry, design, sewing, editing, painting, world domination, printmaking, illustration, etc
