The address is 5455 W. 59th Ave., unit V, Arvada, CO 80003. Unit V is 1140f. The rent for unit V is $1,925/month gross. Refundable deposit of $3,850 and $1,925 first month's rent to move in. Available early January 2026. Warehouse is heated but not air conditioned.

Note that most industrial/commercial leases you see will be NNN leases (Triple Net leases) where you pay CAM costs (Common Area Maintenance Costs)(real estate taxes, building insurance, water/sewer, building mainteance, snow removal, landscape maintenance, etc.) in addition to your rent. You can drive by to view exterior but please do not disturb tenants. To view interior is by appointment only.
