About RLX Design
RLX Design is a growing luxury design, upholstery, fabrication, and construction company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Colorado. We are known for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creating outstanding client experiences.
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our clients and help support our growing team.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and website inquiries
Schedule appointments and consultations
Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
Create and maintain client files and project records
Follow up on leads, quotes, and open projects
Coordinate communication between clients, sales staff, project managers, and production teams
Assist with work orders, invoices, and project documentation
Update CRM and project management systems
Support office operations and administrative tasks
Assist with social media messages and online inquiries as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Experience in construction, interior design, home services, or related industries is a plus
