We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, provide quotes and maintain calendars. Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and records. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting. Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bilingual (English/ Spanish). High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
