This position requires proficiency in both reading and writing of Spanish and English; professional and proper communication in both languages will be critical. The ideal candidate is not only bilingual, but also very organized, pays close attention to detail, speaks clearly and has customer service experience. Some responsibilities of the position involve time sensitive matters and we need someone that can work well under these deadlines and consistently provide friendly service to customers and co-workers alike. Strong command over most office environment PC programs like Excel and Word, PC functions, and email is a requirement. Previous insurance experience required.
Tasks generally include:
Customer service calls in English and Spanish
Sending regular mail to customers
Minor policy updates
Other tasks as needed
Our office is open Monday - Friday and we're looking for someone to work 32-40 hours per week, 5 days per week, with some flexibility in scheduling
We want them to be currently licensed (P & C), or become a CO licensed agent within 90 days. In this case, we would pay for the insurance classes to prepare you for the state licensing test and the testing as well. We're definitely looking to hire someone that we see this kind of potential in, someone that is interested in learning, and wants to grow as well.
