Looking for a Virtual Intake Coordinator/Practice Administrator to be the "backbone" of our group counseling practice. This person would be responsible for four main functions:
1. Client On-boarding (answering intake calls to our practice, scheduling new clients, and tracking and analyzing intake data) - This is the first responsibility the person will take over.
2. Online Marketing and Developing and Managing Referral Relationships (content creation and distribution of content on social media
3. Bookkeeping using Quickbooks
4. General office tasks (ordering gifts, office supplies, etc.).
Ideal candidates would have:
~Extensive experience in customer service
~Knowledge or experience in the mental health field
~Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
~High degree of comfort with technology and social media platforms, including bookkeeping, excel, word, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
~Actual hrs may vary on volume of calls, but must be available at least 10 hrs every week (intake calls/emails are answered as they come in, other work is flexible, based on your own schedule)
~Experience working with medical or other professional businesses
~Enjoy thinking creatively about how to achieve an objective
~High School diploma or greater schooling
***This position is best fit for someone who can work fewer hours now and take on more hours and responsibilities as the practice expands.
