We are looking for a new team member that can provide excellent customer service, coordinate varying aspects of construction projects, and assist multiple project managers/estimators.
Required skills include:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, excellent phone skills (multi-line phones), multi-tasking, detail oriented, and data entry, email correspondence, scanning, document control and prior administrative assistant experience.
Demonstrates customer service, punctuality, and has reliable track record of attendance.
General clerical tasks;
Scanning & renaming documents;
Preparing work orders for subcontractors;
Tracking and maintaining SPRs for subcontractors;
Maintaining job files;
Updating Property Managers with status of job projects;
Preparing job project notices;
Document creation (Excel spreadsheets);
Assist with materials orders;
Assisting with Subcontractor Program; and
Tracking of completed jobs.
Perform tasks, project and other duties as requested by Management and Project Manager.
Preferred Skills (not required):
Type 45 wpm
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Scheduled Shifts: M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
