We are an established automotive reconditioning shop looking for someone with a friendly and positive attitude, great work ethic and excellent organization skills to work full time as a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant .

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Greeting clients
-Printing client documents
-Communicating with insurance companies
-Coordinating rental/loaner cars
-Scheduling clients
-General assistance to office manager
-Organizing files
-Other miscellaneous office duties

Required Skills
Has a minimum of 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Has experience handling schedules
Has the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels of the organization and with clients
Has demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Has good computer skills with experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Is flexible and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
