The office manager position is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, office supplies, large purchasing requests, and general upkeep and appearance of the overall office. This position will have an operations aspect into the Outside Plant Department's daily activities and client needs on the reporting side, as well as some internal functions between departments as needed and directed.

Manages the office area to ensure communications both internally and externally are met to maintain professional image and vision of the office
Works directly for the Director - OPD to ensure all events and client interactions within the office and market are continuously and seamlessly managed
Proactively manages vendor relationships for items such as office equipment
Orders office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
Ability to fill time with reporting functions and other on the fly client needs or projects for OPD management and the director
Outstanding Communication Skills
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
At least two years of previous experience in office management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formulas, etc
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or Prezi
Demonstrated advanced writing skills
