Electrical contractor looking for in person help. We're 20 minutes east of Brighton. This is a general office help type of job. Helping with emails. Typing word documents. This person will help with quickbooks AP, knowledge with QB is a must. Help manage suppliers monthly invoices with basic spreadsheets. Answer phones, very limited, but must be polite. Help with managing key employee, supplies, and tasks out in the field also with spreadsheets. This person will also help with dealing with unemployment insurance, and state government compliance type of tasks. Although we're an electric company we also run a dog business out of this property so you'll be participating in both businesses. Mostly the electric company though. We have an on site office conex you will office out of pretty much all by yourself. This is 3 days a week to start but may turn to 4. Email Resume with references.
