Broomfield accounting firm is seeking part-time help in our office during our busy tax season: February through April. This is a temporary position.
There is a high volume of customer interaction via phone, email and face to face. Must be able to multi-task and deal with frequent interruptions. Must develop a solid understanding of our internal processes and how many moving parts fit together. Accuracy and reliable attendance are extremely important.
Typical duties include:
Customer-facing: answer phones, greet walk-ins, explain services and pricing, schedule meetings, respond to customer questions.
Administrative/clerical: scan documents, work with digital files, data entry, ensure customer forms and files are complete, deposits, mailings.
Successful candidate must have:
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and quickly learn processes and software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook using a PC
• Clean background check
Working hours:
• Monday through Friday from 11 am to 5 pm.
• Reliable attendance is essential. We are seeking someone who can commit to working from February through mid-April.
