Kramer, Jensen & Bagby, LLC, a well-established CPA firm in the Denver Tech Center, is seeking a full-time Administrative Office Assistant to support our growing team.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and brings a positive, client-focused attitude to the office. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and general office communications
- Scan and organize documents
- Assemble tax returns and client deliverables
- Coordinate firm newsletter distribution
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Communicate with vendors and support day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking for
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Professional, courteous, and team-oriented demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Prior office experience required
- High School diploma required
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or tax-related work
