Financial Assistant / Office Manager – Full time, Experience Required, Minimum 3 years
Smart, friendly, self-motivated person needed in busy Raymond James branch office in south metro Denver area. Must be able to work independently in the office, be comfortable interacting with clients, and have strong attention to detail. Series 7 license not required, but beneficial. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel spreadsheets necessary, along with the ability to learn in-house software systems. Training provided. Work is on-site (NOT remote). Future opportunities are available for licensing and paraplanner if interested.
Duties include:
• Greet clients and answer phones
• Prepare account documents
• Process financial transactions
• Run financial reports
• Client problem resolution, such as statement questions and help with online access
• Maintain client database
• Follow compliance standards
• Manage office systems, including copiers, phone systems, etc.
• Provide general office management (organizing, ordering supplies, managing mail, accepting deliveries)
• Overall, ensure office runs smoothly
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in a highly professional setting
• Minimum of 3 years experience in office management/administration/finance
• Upbeat, positive attitude to provide outstanding customer service and build relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to track projects from initiation to completion over a period of weeks
