We are an investment advisory firm, specializing in retirement and estate planning. The role of our administrative assistant is essential to the day-to-day functions of the company and encompasses normal administrative duties as well as financial projects. Computer savvy and experience in MS Office required.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
1. Sharp, confident person with proven ability to organize work and be proactive in accomplishing tasks on a timely basis.
2. Person with a flexible, positive attitude who can learn new skills quickly and deal with rapidly changing priorities
3. Excellent follow-through on tasks
4. Keen attention to detail.
This is a part-time, hourly position (9:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday – Friday) and we offer paid vacation, holidays, sick time and covered parking in the building.
