Hello, i relocated from an office building to my home/office in 2019 and today in May/June of 2026 i am in need of hiring a part-time office manager who has general knowledge within (simple) accounting and can learn to oversee my accounts payables and receivables. Other administrative duties include scanning, filing, and organization. You will have your own office. I need an individual afternoons only, 2 or 3 days a week, from 1 or 2p.m. to 5 or 6p.m., 10-15 hours total at $30 per hour. It might evolve into 20 hours as we get busier. If i can find the right associate i am absolutely flexible as a 2-person operation should be.
I need someone who is more knowledgeable than i am with respect to Outlook, Excel, Word, computer applications in general, and when necessary understanding tutorials with respect to the occasional report filing, and of course trouble shooting any issues that may come up from time to time with our voip phones, HP printer, desktops, etc.
My home/office is located near So Havana and East Mississippi Ave. As the hours are few, it is important you reside in the general vicinity as too far a commute wears anyone down in no time. We do not use Quickbooks, rather a simple accounting program called Invoice Ninja.
It can take a few months to adequately learn the business, as a result i am NOT looking for someone short term. Thank You.
