Hello, i relocated from an office building to my home/office in 2019 and today in May of 2026 i am in need of hiring a part-time office manager who can learn to oversee my accounts payables and receivables and other administrative duties that include scanning, filing, and organization. You will have your own office. i need an individual afternoons only, 2 or 3 days a week, from 1 or 2p.m. to 5 or 6p.m., 10-15 hours total at $30 per. i am flexible as a 2-person operation should be.
i am not a "computer person". Ideally you have excellent computer skills with respect to outlook, excel, word, and essentially the experience to quickly adapt to basic small business management. my home/office is located near So Havana and East Mississippi Ave. As the hours are few, it is important you reside in the general vicinity as too far a commute wears anyone down in no time. We do not use Quickbooks, rather a simple acctg program called Invoice Ninja.
It can take a few months to adequately learn the business, as a result i am not looking for someone short term. Thank You.
