We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Office Administrator to join our home care agency team. This position plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while providing excellent communication and support to clients, caregivers, and case managers.
Job Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
In-office position only (No remote work)
Punctuality is a must
Responsibilities Include:
Answering and managing phone calls
Keeping paperwork and client files organized and up to date
Emailing and communicating with case managers
Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients
Handling scheduling
Managing client intake
Conducting client visits as needed
Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and assisting with daily office operations
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Professional and dependable attitude
Experience in the home care industry is a plus
DRIVER POSITION:
M-F 7:15-3:30pm ( 40hrs a week guarantee)
We provide you with a company vehicle
Jobs Description:
Support individuals in participating in community activities
Provide transportation to locations such as parks, museums, bowling, libraries, shopping malls , zoo and more!
Encourage engagement, independence and social interaction
Filling out daily contact notes of client behavior and interactions
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Caring, patient, punctual and problem solver
Experience working with individuals with special needs is a plus!
