Seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for a family-owned HVAC & Plumbing Company. We are a growing business with a laid back, fun, and casual environment. The right candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to work well in a team setting. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week. Must be available to work Monday – Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Please email resume as Word document or PDF file.
Essential Functions:
Answering phones/booking appointments
Dispatching HVAC/plumbing technicians to service calls
Handling general customer requests
Entering data and information into our scheduling software
Entering data into Google Drive applications
Completing miscellaneous office tasks and projects as needed
Desired Skills & Experience:
Customer service experience
Previous dispatching experience a plus but not required
Previous experience pulling residential building permits a plus but not required
Previous office experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Experience using Microsoft Office products and Google Drive applications
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
Ability to problem solve and prioritize
Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised when needed
