Customer Service Representative (Denver)

compensation: $18-$21 HR (DOE)
employment type: full-time

Seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for a family-owned HVAC & Plumbing Company. We are a growing business with a laid back, fun, and casual environment. The right candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to work well in a team setting. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week. Must be available to work Monday – Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Please email resume as Word document or PDF file.

Essential Functions:

 Answering phones/booking appointments
 Dispatching HVAC/plumbing technicians to service calls
 Handling general customer requests
 Entering data and information into our scheduling software
 Entering data into Google Drive applications
 Completing miscellaneous office tasks and projects as needed

Desired Skills & Experience:

 Customer service experience
 Previous dispatching experience a plus but not required
 Previous experience pulling residential building permits a plus but not required
 Previous office experience
 Strong attention to detail
 Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
 Experience using Microsoft Office products and Google Drive applications
 Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
 Ability to problem solve and prioritize
 Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised when needed
