We are seeking a motivated individual to manage various administrative tasks and assist our bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be someone who can turn off their personal phone and email to work productively and focus on their responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with Google Drive
Experience working within management software
Understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
Ability to create newsletters and perform additional tasks as requested
Ability to work remotely with secure computer and internet
Qualifications:
Must be able to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Billable time must reflect high-quality work
