Ability Connection Colorado is currently seeking a full-time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to be apart of the Human Resources and Operations teams.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate maintains benefits for all employees across all programs of the organization. Review insurance billing and send out notice of open enrollment. Act as a resource to an intermediary between employee and insurance companies. Review plans offered with VP of HR to ensure the needs of employees are being met. Manage non-monetary benefits. Implements Benefits fair. Responsible for wellness initiative. Complete data entry into ADP system, including training, performance reviews, etc. Working with the VP of Operations the ideal candidate provides support in a one-on-one working relationship. Administrative Assistant to VP of Operations serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the Office of the President. Assisting with various duties pertaining to the facilities
-Enjoys math calculations
-1-2 years of HR or ADMIN experience required.
- High School Diploma/ GED
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
