Title/Position: Maintenance Coordinator
Starting Compensation: $21.00 per hour
Shift Days: Monday to Friday

Essential Duties:
Operate and manage the computerized maintenance management system (Maximo)
Administer work orders, preventive maintenance logs, and reporting processes
Maintain accurate records of maintenance storeroom inventories
Interface with vendors and manufacturers regularly
Follow all required work safe practices (GMP, PPE, confined space safety, chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
5+ years related experience in equipment maintenance, material handling, parts procurement, or inventory management
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows applications)
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
