Small parts supply warehouse looking to add to our team! We are a small business - but this position has TONS of room for growth! Position start date is ASAP! Previous experience with SAGE software a plus but not required. Must have basic knowledge of office environment and Microsoft.
Position plays multiple roles in our day to day operation
- Accounts Receivable
- Daily Reconciling of multiple accounts
- Inventory Management
- Purchase Orders; receive, track back orders, submit damage claims, verify billed costs
- Interface with customers at will call counter, assist with taking, pulling and picking orders
- Assist in warehouse on occasion, pull and pick orders as needed (lightweight small items)
- Plus mush more if the candidate is willing to LEARN and GROW!
Position pays hourly and weekly. Health, Vision, Dental and Paid Time Off.
