We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to provide essential administrative and clerical support for our office operations. Responsibilities
Manage and operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.
Accurately perform data entry and maintain up-to-date office records.
Assist with the systematic filing and organization of documents to maintain an orderly office environment.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record management.
Provide exemplary customer support by addressing inquiries with professional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills
Experience with vehicle title processing is a plus.
Proofread all outgoing documents for accuracy and clarity.
Support administrative functions using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Collaborate with team members to optimize office workflow and enhance overall productivity.
Experience:
Proven experience in a professional office or clerical role is required.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
A track record of providing excellent customer service is essential.
Familiarity with dealership paperwork is a plus.
