We are searching to interview working coordinators for our construction consulting firm.
Started in Brighton, closed some huge contracts further west. Need someone able to travel unpredictably between Colorado - New Mexico - and Commiefornia. We do impressive, clean, sharp, ethical, and above all- timeline strict business.
We have projects of 1 acre or more needing coordination of invoicing, materials deliveries, and basic research in addition to any of the following skills that will qualify you to continue on for our interview: (one enough)
Advanced Carpentry Experience
Basic Plumbing Experience
Construction Accounting
Contracts revision experience
Knows how to schedule, pass, and make up for inspections.
Basic Framing
Comprehensive Roofing
Comprehensive Pools
Comprehensive Kitchen & Bath
Comprehensive Office-Fit Out
Comprehensive Estate Management
Comprehensive Construction Hiring
Basic Mechanical and light Electrical
Horse trainer, equestrian, corral builders. Barn experience
Permit Pulling
Fleet Management
