Part-Time (with opportunity to transition to Full-Time)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Communicate professionally with clients, property managers, vendors, and cleaning teams
- Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- GED or some college education preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Schedule:
Part-time to start, with potential for full-time based on performance and business needs
