Employees in this job complete and oversee a variety of professional assignments to
facilitate a departmental landscape design program and assist in daily office tasks.
Job Duties:
1. Assist design team & office in tasks needing completion
2. Draw existing yard conditions in AutoCAD for designers (training provided)
3. Prepare paperwork for appointments (plant sheets & estimates)
4. Follow up appointments / calls
5. Organization / reminders for designers
6. HOA Submittals & Manage Approval Status
7. Print / Plot designs & Prepare Paperwork for Construction Crews
8. Customer Care (Communication on Scheduling, Organize Questions/Changes for Designers, etc)

Computer Knowledge Requirements – Program Knowledge (Adobe, Microsoft Office especially Excel.) Experience in AutoCAD & Quickbooks is great but not required
