Jimmy’s CarShare is a professionally managed vehicle operations and fleet management company based in Aurora, CO.
We manage 200+ vehicles on the Turo platform, handling structured daily operations including vehicle check-in/check-out, customer communication, scheduling, inspections, and fleet coordination near Denver International Airport.
This is not a side hustle environment.
This is a production-based, system-driven operation.
We are looking for a responsible, bilingual (English + Spanish) Assistant Operations Manager who can help lead the Denver location while the company prepares for expansion into the Philadelphia market.
As we grow, we need someone who can take ownership of daily operations in Denver and help maintain structured systems.

Responsibilities & Job Duties
• Oversee daily Turo vehicle check-ins and check-outs
• Manage guest communication (calls, texts, platform messages)
• Provide structured customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Assist mechanic team with parts ordering and inventory coordination
• Open and close the shop as needed
• Coordinate with operations team to complete daily production schedule
• Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned, inspected, and prepared
• Follow company systems and enforce operational standards

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Schedule & Pay
• 5 days per week
• Training period salary: $2,800 per month
• After performance evaluation and system adaptation: $3,000 per month
Salary increase is based on how quickly you learn our systems, adapt to operations, and become a productive contributor. There is no fixed timeline — advancement depends on performance and responsibility level.
Daily hours typically range from 6 to 12 hours per day, depending on workload.
Work continues until the day’s operational schedule is completed.
Average weekly hours: approximately 35–45 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced, production-driven environment where efficiency, leadership, and accountability matter.
