Office Manager / Project Coordinator
We are a fast paced growing Commercial Construction Company and we are looking for the right fit to join our team. Ideal applicant should have 2 years of general commercial construction experience in an office and should be detail oriented. Should be able to thrive in a fast paced /team oriented environment. Should flexible and dependable, able to switch gears and problem solve, multi task, and prioritize. Must have a positive attitude and be highly motivated

-Experience with QuickBooks
-Assist with typing contracts and bids
-Assist with A/P and A/R
-Order Office Supplies
-Ensure Subcontractors maintain current GL and WC
-Create and implement forms and templates
-Prepare PO’s, check requests and templates
-Assist Project Managers with filing, billing, and uploading of documents
-Data Entry
-Experienced in Microsoft Office and Excel
-Maintain Employee files and subcontractor files
-Send out Packages and outgoing mail
-Excellent customer Service
-Answering phones
