The Program Manager for the Family Care Giver program will be responsible for offering administrative support to the Program Director for oversight of individuals with Developmental Disabilities that reside with and receive services in their family home or from a paid family member. This position also assists the Family Caregiver Program Director in overseeing individuals who receive comprehensive support services that are delivered by paid staff who are not family in their family home.
Accountable for being in compliance with rules and regulations governing Individual Residential Services and Supports Family Care Giver Services in the State of Colorado, including compliance with record keeping, bookkeeping and reporting requirements as necessary - includes Healthcare Policy and Financing and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
Administration support to the Program Director
Maintenance of client's files, information and maintaining confidentiality/HIPAA policies and procedures
Overall professionalism within the agency and with its Family Caregivers
Quality assurance of the Family Caregiver program and meeting standards of the agency. This includes ensuring that documentation remains current, that Family Caregivers remain up to date on programmatic documentation
Offering support to the Program Director to complete regular site visits within the family home and attending service plan meetings. Additionally, acting as a liaison for families and resource coordination to assist with communication and problem solving
Good communication with families, staff, team members and PPCH team members.
May assist with administrative duties within PPCH office (filing, answering phone calls, etc)
Other duties, as assigned, within ability and responsibility level of the job
