Join our dynamic and diverse team in Colorado! Mile High Behavioral Healthcare's (MHBHC) Housing Support Team (HoST) is seeking energetic, self-motivated, career-driven individuals for a range of positons.
MHBHC-HoST is the largest provider of services for people experiencing homelessness in Aurora, CO and consists of:
Comitis Crisis Center which provides emergency shelter, transitional housing for veterans and families, the Pioneers workforce program, and the Opportunity for Recovery Unit;
Aurora Day Resource Center which provides basic needs supports (food, showers, laundry, storage and computer lab) seven days/week as well as employment, housing, and behavioral health programming;
Colfax Community Network which provides family and children's program for people living in poverty and/or experiencing homelessness.

Our work is truly life-changing, as we work with people on the full continuum of housing support, from emergency shelter to post-housing supports. Some of what you'll do:
Support clients through their journey from homelessness to housing
Support the development and implementation of innovative programming
Work in a trauma-informed and highly diverse and inclusive environment
Provide life-saving services from basic needs supports to case management and wellness programs
Deep commitment to supporting vulnerable people and providing whole-person care
Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and a killer sense of humor!
Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling or related field
Currently Open Positions: (all positions are full time, salaried, and include benefits)
• Program Manager for the Aurora Day Resource Center
• 2 Group Living Supervisor (GLS) at the Comitis Crisis Center (Comitis)
• Case Manager at Colfax Community Network (CCN)
• Family/community liaison at CCN
• 2 Care Navigators at Comitis (1 Overnight shift and 1 Comitis Intake shift)
• 2nd shift Chef
