Original RnB and Funk band (Midnight Soulbirds) looking for Rhythm/lead guitar (Denver)

We are a dedicated group and are looking for someone to match the dedication. We take our music seriously (as in we want to sound tight and rehearsed in the details while obviously having fun) and practice 1-2 times a week and gig 2-6 times a month. We all work day jobs and so practices would be after 5pm except on weekends. We have gigs booked through the fall after a busy summer. We also aim to record our original music professionally this fall. It is important to learn the songs inside out and practice on your own to get the songs down. Ideally once you get settled in, we would love to collaborate and write music together. We value a collaborative and positive vibe in the band and are against toxic behavior.
