Hello, Denver! My name is Stew, but I've released my music and/or art under various different aliases. I aspire to someday combine chamber folk with shoegaze, but generally arrive somewhere moreso around experimental folk and psychedelic noise. You can find examples of my written songs here:

Though I am moving out with my guitar pedals, I won't actually be moving out with my electric guitar or amplifier, but you can find the best example of my guitar playing here:

I play the guitar and mandolin, though sometimes pretend like I'm capable of recording with other instruments.
I live in the city of Pittsburgh now, but will be moving to Aurora, which is outside of Denver, within a week. Though I would like to someday finish the album, In the Presence of the Holy Spirit, on The Anarchist & The Aristocrat page, for the time being, I'm just looking for some other people to get together with, jam, hash out some songwriting ideas, and see what happens.
I'm thirty-five and use he or they pronouns, if that's for any reason relevant. I also happen to be neurodiverse.
I like Bridget St. John, Mazzy Star, Galaxie 500, Bob Dylan, Townes Van Zandt, and Lemon's Chair.
I commonly request mellotron and/or harmonium for accompaniment in online forums, and, so, if you play one of those, I hope that you will respond. I'm open to playing with just about anyone with any degree of skill in any instrument, including just their own voice.
Some hypothetical band names include The Conquered, A Special Providence, Apollo Machine, The Psychonauts, The French Resistance, and The Major Arcana, but I feel like this should be better hashed out between the actual bandmates upon actually having played music together for some time.
If you're interested, feel free to respond to this ad. I'll hopefully meet you in real life sometime after next Monday!
