If you want the monstrous sound, visual intimidation and phat tube tone of a vintage Marshall tube amp with all the advantages of modern technology, then you're in luck. 2008 head and 1999 and 2003s cab. These are in unbelievable condition for their age. There are a couple of minor dings and scratches. These were rare, particularly in the US, when they were in production. They quit production in 2013 and now they are impossible to find singularly, no less as a full stack. https://marshallamps.com/.../amplifiers/vba-series/vba400/ A staggering eight 6550 power valves, plus three ECC83 & a single ECC82 in the preamp. It has an unattenuated DI output that any soundman I have worked with loved! Weight, 79 lbs; Width, 10.8"; Height, 26.4"; Depth,12.8". The cabinet has (4) 400 watt rated, custom, Celestion 12" bass drivers produced specifically for the VBA line. Weight, 108 lbs; Width, 29.9"; Height, 30.1"; Depth,15.1".
