Please Read Description:
This is a 1974 Bach Stradivarius Model 37 B♭ trumpet — a professional-grade, medium bore horn known for its warm, powerful sound and versatility across genres. Built during an era renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, this instrument delivers a rich tonal core and superior responsiveness.
This is a great value for a complete pro-level setup. Purchased the horn alone for over $2,000 nearly two decades ago. Repairs should only be around $50-$100, as the damage doesn't affect the instrument's function and is in an accessible area.
This horn does have sentimental value to me, so I'd prefer it go to someone who will appreciate it as it deserves.
Condition Notes:
Plays wonderfully - responsive, powerful, and smooth
Cosmetic lacquer wear throughout – normal amount for a 50-year-old horn
Dent near bell/lead pipe junction - Looks worse than it is. Simple repair; doesn't affect function.
All valves and slides work properly.
Sold "as is," but I'll happily provide any information, photos, or videos requested, so that you can be comfortable making a purchase. Don't hesitate to reach out if interested.
