Here is for sale is one true audiophile High-End DAC made by Camelot Technology, USA High-End electronic company, model Arthur. This is a pure DC Digital to Analog converter and can be operated via regular 120V supply or pure DC via internal rechargeable batteries. It has two digital inputs: Coaxial and optical TOSLink. It has one Digital Coaxial output, and one single ended RCA line level stereo output. You can operate this by using front panel switches: one for input selection, one for phase, and one for "Rehearsal"- AC operation, "Charge"- to charge the internal batteries, "Performance"- to operate via batteries in pure DC mode; three indicators: "intermission" lit while operating, "low charge" indicating need to charge the batteries and "lock" when there is a signal present thru one of the two digital inputs. I personally prefer DC operation for better,cleaner signal, but regular operation is very close in terms of sound.
I replaced old batteries just now, should be good for another decade or so of continuous enjoyment.
