Very high rated mics for live conditions and for studio quality sound. Mint condition and only used maybe two times. Kept in studio since purchased.
No serious need for them anymore so id rather get some cash for other toys :)
They include soft bags and the product paper user manual/warranty stuff. I never registered them.
