"Excellent" to "Like New" condition. I purchased new in 2017, never took it out of the apartment.
Being a graphite guitar, temperature and humidity should not affect on the guitar. It should not warp or bow over time. It is a very durable guitar. That said, it does have a truss rod to change the neck relief.
It is quite light and sounds fantastic.
The fret board is flat, similar to a classical nylon string guitar fret board, but not that wide.
For strings, it come with Elixir #11052 Light Acoustic strings. (.012, ... .053) (In case I forget to tell you, you have to change one string at a time. Care and Feeding Instructions leaflet is included.)
$1450 cash.
