Fantastic playing and sounding 2005 D12-28, made in Nazareth, PA. It's the 12-string version of a D-28. Solid Sitka spruce top, solid Indian Rosewood back and sides. Mahogany neck. Ebony fretboard and bridge. The nut and compensated saddle are unbleached bone. Chrome Martin mini tuners. EMG ACS active soundhole pickup installed, with a 1/4" endpin jack. Non-original hardshell case. It does have a truss rod.
There is a repaired top center seam separation, and the bridge was also re-set at some point. Other than that, the guitar is in excellent condition. Some scratches and little dings from normal use. The top and back binding are yellowed in a few places near the endpin. Very little fret wear. Action is low, with proper neck relief, and there's plenty of saddle remaining for future adjustments. New strings, and I just put new batteries in the pickup. Sounds great both acoustically and through the pickup.
