Vintage Electro Voice 428 desktop mic stand with touch to talk lever. SPST (single pole single throw) wiring allows you to wire your mic up so this acts as an off/on switch. Latching mechanism allows the switch to either work as a push to talk or allows on/off switch where the lever locks (little button on lever). They later on made a DPDT but this is the SPST version. Standard 5/8" 27 thread for mic attachment. In good condition and works.
