Beautiful all-mahogany, 00 size, X-braced vintage Guild guitar, made in Hoboken, NJ. Dark mahogany finish, with plenty of checking. Brazilian rosewood bridge and fretboard. Gibson style "open-book" peghead with script logo. All parts are original except for the compensated bone saddle. A non-original vintage Guild hardshell case is included. It sports the famous "ghost" label which was only used in 1959.

Both the guitar and the case are in very good condition. There are a couple of well-repaired cracks on the top and back. No other repairs and none are needed. It's set up well and plays easily. And oh boy, does this thing sound great - wide open woody tone with surprising volume. These are a fantastic value in the vintage world - a Martin 00-15 from the same year would be worth at least double the price.
