Description
The Ibanez RG Iron Label RGRTB621 electric guitar was originally designed for metal and nothing but metal in mind. Purposefully spartan and blacked-out, it's possibly the heaviest-hitting guitar from Ibanez ever. Loaded with DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbuckers, you'll experience powerful, distinctive tones with crisp highs and a tight, compressed bottom end—without a muddy midrange. The dyna-MIX 10 wiring system offers 10 sonic variations. Activate coil-splitting with the Alter witch, or power Tap mode for realistic single-coil sounds.
The wing body is made from nyatoh, a tropical tonewood with a rich, mid-low end. Shredders will find that the Nitro Wizard 5-piece maple/walnut neck is tailor-made for fast play. Jumbo frets contribute to playing ease, especially for single-note solos. The fretboard is ebony, matching the finish.
Ibanez pairs Gotoh tuners with a Mono-rail bridge for exceptional tuning stability, precise intonation adjustment and rock-solid reliability.
