The unit works perfectly and includes the box and everything that came in it. (The slide over cover of the box has been torn, but the actual box is in good shape.

The unit works, but I did have to do some work on it.... I dropped a guitar and the headstock hit the unit and cracked a couple of the displays. I replaced them, but broke the little retaining clips in the process. I used some appropriately thick plastic and slid it in to hold the cables in place and it has held up for over 3 years now. I don't foresee it ever being a problem, but have priced the unit to reflect the changes.

The unit has velcro on the bottom, but the rubber feet are still in the box.
